Thomas Mulka

Mr. Mulka is a retired US Air Force Major with extensive experience in training and Human Resources related services. His experience includes a six-year assignment at the prestigious USAF Academy of higher learning as Associate Professor in Management. He functioned as instructor, course developer, and trainer teaching leadership, management, and military doctrine to over 4,500 students annually. He was responsible for students, faculty, and staff addressing assault, misconduct, and harassment concerns. Donna Hough

Ms. Hough is an accounting professional with 30+ years of extensive experience doing complete financial services for a wide variety of clients and companies including start-ups. Her full scope has included maintaining financial systems and reporting from transaction entry through statement reconciliation, income tax returns, payroll and payroll tax returns. She also functioned in a representative capacity interfacing with CPA staff and public agencies on behalf of cliental. In addition to providing accounting services for JAFA, Donna participated in forecasting projected project costs in evaluating and responding to toll system opportunities.
